This decision is intended to safeguard the safety and well-being of the members and guests who planned to attend this session on-site. Engaging Employees in the Learning Organization

Join members and guests of the Seattle Geographical Community for a special presentation that can be applied at work, home, or other circumstances. We will be showing Kenny Moore’s highly rated webinar that was developed specifically for ASQ member units and has been used as a foundation for discussion and debate at many ASQ events.

Note that this meeting will include a post-webinar debriefing session where on-site participants will be able to participate in structured discussion and experientially oriented networking. Virtual participants will receive the structured discussion as a handout, and all participants will receive a link to the webinar. This process is intended to encourage participants to share the webinar outside of the meeting and to provide them with the necessary tools to create a learning experience.

Moore is a well-recognized organizational development leader with extensive experience in managing change on small and large scales. He brings a unique understanding of human factors and a great sense of humor to his presentations, as will be apparent to everyone who participates in this special meeting. The debriefing will engage participants in ways to apply the webinars’ concepts and approaches.

Join us for this special meeting, which is intended to be worthwhile not only for quality professionals but also for anyone who deals with change and needs to understand how change and learning are related. A special offer is available for members who register one guest for this meeting—two for $40 (a $5 per person discount), but this price is available only through Monday, March 11. Please use the following steps to complete registration for yourself and your spouse or significant other:

  • Select "Purchase enrollment(s) for this event."

  • Fill in the first and last name of your spouse or significant other in the "Special Needs?:" field.

  • Select the "I will be attending this event myself" check box.

  • The dropdown menu should be left at "0 guests" to ensure you are not double charged the $40 fee.

  • Select "Add event to cart."
